A Root node is any node that is at the beginning of a node hierarchy. A node hierarchy is any set of nodes that are linked together by hard associations.
The most common examples of root nodes are:
- Area Root Node. All nodes in an area eventually connect via hard associations to the Area Root Node, which is made from the AreaRoot class
- Character Root Node. The representation of a player's character. This must be instantiated from the _playerCharacter class, or a child class derived from it.
- Account Root Node. The representation of a player account. This must be instantiated from the _playerAccount class.
Root nodes cannot be deleted with DestroyNode().
