Physics Server Director

The Physics Server Director is a static process which starts and stops Physics Server processes and the PathMaker process. It monitors the load on the physics servers, and chooses which dynamically started physics server to load an area's scene on when a scene load request arrives. It also coordinates communication between the regular physics servers and the physics server running in path maker mode.
