The HeroMachine is a part of HeroEngine which interprets HeroScript compiled byte-code. Scripts can be run in three possible locations:

The HeroMachine is a part of each of the above, and handles the running of a script. When it receives a request to run a script, it either has the byte code already within it, or it accesses the GOM to get the byte code it needs.

HeroEngine Stack

The HeroEngine Stack is used when running scripts. It contains separate invocations of HeroScript. It is used when a script calls a C++ function or triggers a C++ event, that runs another script.
