Microsoft's DirectX 9.0 runtime includes a diagnostic program, dxdiag.

How to report DXDiag output to HeroEngine technical support

  1. From the Windows Start menu, select "Run...", and type in "dxdiag" and click the "Okay" button.
  2. Click the "Save all information" button.
  3. Save the file as text.
  4. Attach the file on an email sent to your technical support list.
