Create Node From Class

CNFC <class identifier> ; [+/-persistent]

Arguments

<class identifier>
The name of a class
+/- persistent
Defaults to non-persistent (temporary). This optional flag specifies whether or not the node is temporary, or if it should be written to the database. See Node Persistence for more information.

Description

This is a CLI command that creates a new node in the ether that has a base class of the given class. The fields available on the node, are those fields that have been assigned to the class.

Other fields can be added to the node by either modifying the original class, or adding other classes to the node. So, it is possible for a node to have multiple classes, but it can still have only one "base" class.

Example

CNFC "tree" ; +persistent

CNFC "candle"

CNFC "lollipop" ; -persistent

CNFC "hydra"
