Repository File Selector

The Repository File Selector is a limited form of Repository Browser. The basic differences are:
- Artists use the Repository Browser to copy art from their Art Server to the Repository, via the Repository Dude Manager process.
- Game designers use the Repository File Selector to select art from the Repository for use in the actual game world. This selection process either grabs the art from the Local Repository Cache, or connects via HeroBlade to the Repository Server process, which then gets the art from the Repository.
Or in very simplified terms:
- Artists use the Repository Browser, a separate client, to put art into the Repository
- Game designers use the Repository File Selector, a part of HeroBlade, to get art out of the Repository.
